• How do I get started?

  The best way to get started is to give us a call at 905-309-0944. We’ll take time to listen and help guide you through the next steps.

• What happens after I call?

  We understand that reaching out can feel difficult. When you call, we’ll listen and learn more about your situation. If a counselor is available, we’ll schedule an appointment. If not, you may be placed on a waitlist and contacted as soon as one becomes available.

• How can I receive help sooner?

  While individual counseling may have a wait time, group programs are sometimes available sooner. When you call, we can help you explore the best options for your situation.

• Are you a Christian organization?

  Yes, we are a faith-based organization. However, we welcome individuals from all backgrounds, and our services are available to anyone in our community.

• Do your services cost anything?

  No. All of our services are completely free and do not require insurance.

• Is everything confidential?

  Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share information without your written consent, except in situations where we are legally required to do so.
